The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That Whereas the Church Wardens

of the poore of the parish of St. Clement danes
with the Assent of two Justices of the
peace according to the Statute in that case made & provided have putt Edward Harper< no role >
Apprentice

& have given ith the Sd Apprentice the Sume of thirty
Shillings If therefore the above bound John Watts< no role >
& Charles Shudall< no role >
or either of
them their or either of their heres Exers or Adminstrs doe well & sufficiently & prvide
for keepe & maintaine the said Apprentice in by & with all & all manner of needfull
& necessary meate drink washing lodging apparrell linnen & all other necessaryes
meete & convenient for such an Apprentice dureing the said terme of eight yeares
And alsowell & sufficeintly save defend keepe harmlesse & indempnified
the said Churchwardens & Overseers of the poore of the said parish which
now are & hereafter shall be & their Successors and all the Inhabitants of the
said parish & every of them of & from the Charge of keepe & maintaineing
the said Apprentice dureing the terme aforesaid And of & from all accons
suites & taxacons whatsoever which the said Parishiners of St. Clement
Danes or any of them shall or may susteyne incurr or be putt into for or in
respect of the said Apprentice in any manner of wife then this Obligacon
to be void or else to remaine in ful force & vertue.
