The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That Whereas the Churchwardens above named
John Henly< no role > John Hughes< no role > John Lacey< no role > & Samll Whitmore< no role > Overseers of the poore of the
parish of St. Clement Danes aforesaid with the assent of two Justices of the peace according
to the Statute in that case made & provided have putt Margarett Floyd< no role > Apprentice
to Anne Tignall< no role > and have given with the said Apprentice Forty five shillings If
therefore the Abone bound Anne Tignall< no role > & Richard Vaukins< no role >
or either of them their or either of their Execrs: or Admrs: doe well & Sufficiently provide
for keepe & maintaine the said Apprentice in by & with all & all manner of needfull
& necessary Meale drink washing lodging apparrell & allot her necessaryes meete &
convenient for such an Apprentice dureing the said terme of seaven yeares And
also well & sufficiently save defend keepe harmlesse & indempnified the said
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poore of the said parish & their Successors for
the time being & all the Inhabitants of the said parish which now are and
hereafter shall be & every of them of & from the Charge of keeping and
maintaineing the said Apprentice dureing the said terme & of & from all
accons suites & taxacons whatsoever which the parishionrs of St. Clemt. Danes
aforesaid or any of them shall or may Susteyne nicurr or be putt unto
for or in respect of the said Apprentice in any manner of wise then this
Obligacon to be void & of none effect or else to be & remaine in full force
