Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middx with the assent of Hugh Chamberlen< no role >
& Leonard Hancock< no role > Esqrs : Justices of the peace for the County of Middx & Citty & liberty
of Westmr: according to the statute in that case made & provided Have putt [..]
Hannah Weilding< no role > apprentice to Martha Grimes< no role > & with her after the manner of an
Apprentice to dwell & serve from the day of the date hereof onto the full end & terme of
Seaven yeares from thence next ensueing & fully to be compleate & ended dureing all which
Said terme wee the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poore with the assent aforesd
doe Order & appointe the said Hannah Weilding well & faithfully her said Mar shall
serve her secretts keepe her Comandmts lawfull & honest every where shall gladly doe
hurt to her said Mar. shee shall not doe nor consent to be done of others but that shee
to her power shall prvent the same or else from time to time admonish her thereof
the goods of her Said Mrs. Shee shall not wast nor them to anybody tend without
her consent neither from her service by day or night Shall not absent herself
Taverns or Alehouses shee Shall not frequent at Cards Dire or any other
unlawfull game shee shall not phry whereby her Mar. may receive any Prsudice
Forenracon shee shall not comitt Matrimony During the sd terme shee shall not contract but in
all things as a good & faithfull servt. ought to doe shall behave herself
towards her said Mar & all hers dureing the said terme And the said
Martha Grimes< no role > shall teach & instruct or cause to be taught & instructed
her said Apprentice good housewiferie according to the best knowledge shee
hath And shall give to & Provide for her said Apprentice sufficient
Meale Drink [..] Washing lodging Apparell & all other necessary meete
& convenient for such an [..] Apprentice dureing the said terme
And for the true performance full the Articles in forme aforesaid
to be kept the said parties to these Prsent Indentures bind themself
each to other by these Presents In witnesse whereof the parties to these
Present Indentures Interchangeably have sett their hands & seales the
twenty ninth day of June in the Foure yeare of the Reigne of King
