Proposed and Agreed that Mr. Kitchiner take the Chair
The Minutes of the last Meeting Read & Confirmed
The Clerk having laid before this Committee the Commrs- Order
the 19th- Instant relative to the Crossways of the several Street
out of Repair and that the said Commrs- had Ordered s [..]
to be delivered to the several Committees to Repair the same
And the Supervisor having Reported that the Causeway near
opposite to Southampton
Street and other Causeways are great
out of Repair It is Ordered that the Clerk write to the
Commissioners desiring a proper Quantity of Stones to be deliver
to the Supervisor to this Committee in order to have such
Repairs done
Ordered that it be Referred to Mr. Rainforth with the
Assistance of the Supervisor to alter the Lamp Irons fixed in
Clements Inn

A Bill of Mr Richardson for Sun Lying and making a Plan of
this Parish by this Committees Order amounting to £12..12s 0d laid before this Committee
It is Ordered that the said Bill be transmitted to the Commissioner
in order to Payment thereof and which was signed by three of
this Committee
It is ordered that the Churchwardens be applied to by
Clerk to request that at the next Meeting of the Parish [..]
Vestry they will Elect and appoint one other Person to be
Commissioner of the Pavement for this Parish in ye room of
Henry Goodwyn< no role >
