The Clerk having laid before this Committee the Comm
order of the 10th- Instant relative to the Waste Stones Etc
in Carey Street Etc this Committee were of Opinion that such
Waste Stones were vested in this Committee and as such has
Ordered their [..] Supervisor to take due care of them until they
could be made Use of in this Parish And this Committee
are of Opinion that such Stones cannot be used in Bell yard
being out of the Parish nor in Shire Lane as not being
ordered to be Paved by the Commissioners and that the Clerk
send a copy of this Order to the Commissionors

The Clerk having desired the direction of this Comm [..]
as to the Payment to him for the several Contracts Bond
It is the Opinion of this Committee that the several Contract
should pay for the same

In Answer to the Minute of the Committee for the Parish of
Saint James dated 10th- July last which sets forth "That the
"Committee are of Opinion that with respect to the Demand for
