Decr. 3d. 1771
Ordered that it be Recommended to the several Committee
to direct their Collectors to deliver the Receits for the money
already paid into the Bank forthwith to Mr. Fowler Treasurer
to the Commissioners who will give them acknowledgments for
the same And that for the future the same be done within three
days after Payment of any Monies into the Bank that the
Accounts may be Regularly kept and which cannot be done
without a due Observance of this Regulation
Ordered that the several Committees who have not yet
paid money to the Treasurer
for the Discharge of the Bills due
on the Subsisting Contract for Lighting Lamps or shewn any
Cause to the contrary be desired to pay the same forthwith
