Complaint having been made at this Meeting by Several
Inhabitants of Devereux Court and other places that the Lamps
are not Kept sufficiently lighted It is Ordered that unless
an immediate Amendment be made this Committee will
Order the Contract to be put in Suit

Another Complaint being also alledged by the Supervisor
to this Committee that the Works are greatly by delayed in the
Footways of Carey Street Serle Etc It is Ordered that unless
an immediate Amendment be made this Committee will
Order the Contract to be put in Suit

Ordered that the Lamp Irons fixed against the Stables
in Portugal Street be immediately taken down Subject to the
further Order of this Committee

A Motion was made seconded and Unanimously Agreed
to that Mr. John George< no role > the Collector to this Committee do
pay into the hands of Messrs. Snow Denn & Co. Bankers
in the Names of Messrs. Benjamin Kennett< no role > Richard Jones< no role >
and Benjamin Ireland< no role > the several Sums he shall from
time to time Collect for this Committee
