The place of Butler in this house being Voyd by the death of widdow
Carter The Court Elected William Greene< no role > one of the Beadles to the said
place of Butler in this house To whom the Court accordingly granted the
Same with the Fees and pquisitts thereto belonging To hold dureing his
good demeanoure and the pleasure of the Majority of the Governours
of this house

And thereupon the said William Greene< no role > Surrendering his place of
Beadle and Lawrence Barrowe< no role > and Tho: Feazey< no role > being peticoners for the
Same the most of Voices were for the Said Barrowe Therefore the Court
granted to him the place of one of the Beadles To hold the Same
dureing his Good demeanoure and the pleasure of the Majority of the Governrs.

thereupon the same was granted to him To hold dureing his good
demeanour and the pleasure of the Majority of the Govrnors. of this house

and Mr: Brownsmith, Auditors: of the Accompt of Mr: Treasurer for the
yeare ending at Michas last, and for the Accompt to end at Michas next
in place of Foure others who have served two years in the like kind

The Court doth referr to the Committee and hereby impower them to
contract with persons as they shall think Fitt for the graunting of new
Lease of the Windmill and Land in St: Georges Feilds; and of a tenement
in St. Thomas Pish in the tenure of Stephen Harris< no role > and of another
tenemts. there held by William Buck< no role > by Lease within three years of
Expiracon, And to dispose of another tenement there now or late held by
William Greene< no role > the Beadle, And of another tenement there within three
years of Expiracon held by William Pantell< no role > , And of the tenement in
Newgate Markett held by Thomas Welden< no role > and his Wife late called
Widdow Pratt; And asloe to consider of the peticon of Richard Southern< no role >
and to report what they think fitt to be done therein

This Court being acquainted by Mr. Treasr. that hee and Thomas
Polhill
< no role > Esqr had made sale of Thirty Ash: Trees and Twenty Oaken trees
off the Woods at Orpington at thirty Shillings a tree amounting
to Seaventy five pounds, to be paid £xxv: in hand and the rest at midsomr
next, die approve and allow thereof.
