And after the reading and confirmacon of the orders
and business of the last Court, It was Ordered as follow

The Accompt of Mr: Treasurer for the yeare ending at Michas
last was this day prsented to this Court by the Auditors: that audited
the same, which was approved by the Court.

It is Ordered That the Sum of Twenty pounds paid by Mr: Trear:
for one quarter part of the charges of recovery of Mr: Mauroise his
Legacy shall bee allowed him in his Accompt

The Comitte acquainted the Court That they had (if this Court approved
it) agreed with William Leake< no role > in the presence and with the consent of Mrs:
Sarah Humfries< no role > our prsent Tenant for Severall houses and garden ground
in Kent Streete that this house should grant to the said William Leake< no role >
A Lease of the said Tenements and ground for one and forty years
from Christmas 1681: (when the prsent Lease Expires) under the prsent
of Twenty pounds, and for a Fine of Foure hundred and Twenty
pounds whereof the said William Leake< no role > had already paid one
hundred and twenty pounds And the Three hundred pounds remaining
was by the Comittee and him refferred to the Court to direct the times
for the payment off; Whereupon it is Ordered that the same Shalbee
paid at Three equall Six monthes payments, And that the agreement
as to the granting the said Lease in all other respects as aforesaid be
performed by this house.

Upon the humble Peticon of Thomas Alsopp our Tenant of a Tene [..]
now Two Tenements in Fleete Lane London And upon the represent
of the Comittee of Audotrs: that it appeared to them that the Tenn pounds
charged on and unpaid by him for the residue of a Fine of Seaventy Seaven
pounds sett on Tho: Ibbott< no role > for a lease of the said house which was not
enjoyed foure yeares before it was burnt and has Since ruined himselfe
the rebuilding Ordered that the said Tenn pounds bee remitted and discharged
out of the Accompts for time to come.
