said Hospitall.

And after the reading and confirmacon of the orders
and business of the last Court, It was ordered as followeth

Dr Rolls


Complaint being made by Severall of the Governr . against
Doctr. Samuel Dolls< no role > our Hospittler for his neglect in and prsent
indisposition, to discharge the duty of that place; The Court
referred the consideracon & Examinacon thereof to the Comittee; And
desire that if they fine him unfitt to officiate; they doe then
appoint some other fitt Pson to Supply the said place dureing the
Doctors: indisposition and to give such Pson such recompence
out of the Doctors: Sallary as they shall indore meete; And the
residue of the Salary to be paid to the Doctr. himselfe

St Tho: Pish


Mary Mildman< no role > appeared at this Court, and informed
that the Parrish of St. Thomas Southwarke would take noe
notice of the orders of this Court for the putting her in
possession of a Tenement in the said pish they detaine from her
and giving her Sattisfaccon for the time they have see kept it
Ordered that it be refferred to the Comittee to inspect the
former orders in this matter, And if the Pish will not comply
with the last order of this Court, Then that they doe treate
with her to graunt her a lease of the said Tenement from the
house to comence after the Expiracon of the lease in being of the
Whole, and report their proceddings & opinnions to this Court

Mr William Leake< no role > appeared in the behalfe of Mrs: Sarah comon
Humphries our tenant of a parcell of Tenements and some
Garden ground in Kent Streete and offered a Fine of Three
hundred pounds and to build five new Brick houses for a Lease of
Forty one years to comence after the prsent Lease at the present
Rent of Twenty pounds; And Mrs: Brace offered one hundred
pounds Fine and to lay out one Thousand pounds in building for
a lease of Sixty one years to comence as aforesaid at the yearly
Rent of Five and twenty pounds, The Court ferrerred to the Comitt [..]
to treat with the said Psons or any other they shall find will [..]
best rate & print for a lease of the same and report to this Court [..]
