And after the reading and confirmacon of the Order
and business of the last Court it was Ordered as
Followeth (Vizt)

After Debate of the matter of the Indictments of our severall Tenants
or their Under tenants in the High Streete in Southwarke Fronting this
Hospitall on the Northside of the Gate, grounded on a decree or Order
made by the Court of Indicature Erected by Act of Parliament for
Settlemts differences occationed by the late great Fire in Southwarke
in may 1676: for the Cutting off part of the Fronts of the houses and
Shopps of our said Tenants is being incroachments on the Highway
The Court referred the Same unto the Comittee further to consider
thereof and to State the matter of fact with their oppinions how the remainder
of the said houses & Shoppe (in case that wch. is Said to be incroached bee cutt
off from them as aforesaid) may bee inlarged with as little prejudice as possible
to the Hospitall And what consideracon ought to be given by the house to the
respective Tenants in respect of their damage by the Said Indictments &
losse of part of their houses and Shopps as aforesaid

Upon Reading and consideracon of the Peticon of Henry Bancks< no role > our
Tennant of Sevall houses in Distaffe Lane London, where by the sett forth as
the truth was that he had Spent nine pounds Eleaven Shillings and two
pence in defence of a Suite of Ejectment brought against him by one Mr:
Osburne to Evict the Said Bancks out of part of the Ground wee demised
him, And that after the cause was opened at the tryall Some years past the
Jury were appoynted to View it and have done See, But Mr. Osburne has not
desired & prosecuted a Verdict hither to and therefore the Said Bancks
prayed the Court to order him the payment of the Said charges Which [..]
done accordingly on his promise to becom obliged to defend the [..]
the ground in question at his owne charge for the future And in case any ground bee
Evicted from him not to claime any abatement of Rent is respect thereof
