Item Whereas William Gittins< no role > our Tennant of Two houses in
the said parish by Lease made to Angels Stoner which expires at Lady
day 1686 Att Fower pounds P Ann rent which houses were alose
consumed in the said fire; And since Gittins assigned his Interest to
Benjamin Tarrant< no role > his Subtenant by Lease It is Ordered according
to the Reporte of the said Comittee That in consideracon of rebuilding
with brick and otherwise according to the said Order And prescripcons
of last Court and Surrendring of the said [..] Lease; Throe shalbee a new Lease
made of the Prmisses for Fifty and one yeares from Michmas last, Att
the yearely rent of £iiij: and viijs for Tithes

Item Whereas Mary Smart< no role > our late Tennant of Five Tenements
distroied in the said fire) by Lease expiring at Michmas 1696 Att the yearely
rent of £iiij and iiijs: for Tith, haveing agreed with Humphry Smith< no role > his
Subtennant to assigne his said Lease and Interest to him on Securing the
payment of £vij: P ann to his his Executors and assigns for the residue
of the terme in the said presente Lease It is Ordered (according to the
Report of the said Comittee) by and with the consent of both the said
parties that upon surrender of the said Lease And in consideracon of new
building the houses and Shedds Hee shall build with such materialls and
in such Sort as was directed att last Court There shallee a new Lease made to
him of the premisses for Fifty and One yeares form Michmas last att the said
prsent rent and Tith And thereupon the said Smith shall Demise the Prmisses
to the said Smart for the terme to come in the said Lease in being under the
rent of A pepper corne with a Provisoe to bee void if hee pay to the
said Mary Smart< no role > his Executors or assigns the said annuall sume of
Seavon pounds for that terme

Item Whereas Elizabeth Sharpe< no role > was Tennant of Five Tememts: and
a Shedd in the said parish by Lease expiring att Lady day 1685. At the rent
of £v: P ann Two of which houses and the Shedd were soe Shattered by the
said fire as must bee new built; And shee not able to Undertake the same
did desire his Some in Law one Macklyn Greene< no role > might bee admitted to
renew the said Lease It is Ordered according to the Reporte of the
said Comittee And by and with the consent of the said Elizabeth Sharpe< no role >
That in consideracon of the surrender of the said Lease and rebuilding Two
houses according to the Rules aforesaid, And of the Five of Thirty
pounds; there Shalbee a Lease made of all the said prmisses demised by the
former Lease unto the Said Macklyn Greene< no role > for the terme of Fower and
Forty yeares from Lady day 1682 (which is One and Forty yeares more
then the Terme in the Prsence Lease) Att the Old rent of £v: for the terme
to come in the said Old Lease And £v: and xs: for Tith for the rest of the
terme And that the shall Demise the Three Standing Tenemts: unto the
said Elizabeth Sharpe< no role > for the residue of the terme in the presente Lease
att and under the yearely rent of £40: payable to him Quarterly all which
the said Sharpe agreed and, consented in Court

Whereas John Hawkins< no role > our Tennant of A Tenement in St: Thomas
Parish Southwarke by Lease expiring att Michmas 1694 at the yearely rent
of Three pounds and Tenn shillings did Peticon that by occasion of Mr.
Salmon his pulling downe as adjoyning Old house the said Tenemt: of the
said Petitioner was exceedingly weakened and lay soe low as often over flowed
by the Sides And therefore offered to pull downe his pesente house and erect
a new one with brick upon reasonable Termes It is Ordered (according
to the Reports of the said Comittee) That in consideracon of the Surrender
of the said Prsente Lease and new building as aforesaid and a Fine of £v: there
shalbee
