Item I will and bequeath my whole Trust and Interest in George Ally
and all the Tenements therein unto the Governors of Thomas Hospitall,
and their Successors for over to receive the yearly Rent of Thirty Five
pounds yearly and to pay the Same to the Charitable uses, directed by
the last Will of Capt.

deceased dureing all the residue of
a Lease yet to come and unexpired; And after the Expiracon of the said
Lease then to take and receive all the Surplusage of Rent, proffitts, and
advantages that shall arise out of the same, to the use and be hoose
of the poore Patients of the Hospitall
