saith that about Eight o Clock
on Sunday night last he saw the Prisoner David Bart< no role >
with another
Man unknown to Informant standing and talking together with
[..] Arms Inn passage Warwick Lane
and the Prisoner
had the Informant samuel Rutter< no role >
stable Door in his hand
whereupon this Informant ran to Mr Rutter who was at the
White House in Warwick Lane
aforesaid and Informed [..] Ann
that his stable Door was Broke open That Mr Rutter immediately
came out with this Informant and at the top of the Oxford coming Inn passage
was the Prisoner told the said [..] desired this Informant told
Mr Rutter this were the Men upon which they immediately
Raw of and the said other Person in company dropped the
Tra [..] now produced which was taken up by Newing King
and they lived deliv [..] John Pwetor as the Informant did refered
That the Prisoner that was immediately apprehended but the
said other poison made his escape

staple Door was broke open whereupon he instantly went
