Whereas Complaynt hath been made unto us whose names
and Seales are hereunto sett two of their Maties. Justices of the
Peace of the City of London one being of the Quor by the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poore of the
Parish of St. Giles Cripplegate London That one Ann
Cheyney< no role > This name instance is in set 2961. als Allhallows hath been in their said Parish as a lodger only
and by reason of the Infirmities of her body is nor capable
of getting her owne liveing and hath been Chargeable to
to them and may become A Parish Charge If not timely
Prvented, And that the said Ann Cheyney< no role > This name instance is in set 2961. , als Alhallows never left any
notice in writing with them nor any other Officer of the said
Parish of her Comeing therein nor the Place of her aboad
And the said Ann Cheney< no role > This name instance is in set 2961. als Alhallowes being Examined upon her
Oath Saith and confesset hath at she was brought up and
maintained in and by the Parish of Alhallowes Lombard
Street from her Infancy and was there last legally settled
and never any where else These are therefore in their
Maties. names to require you and every of you forthwith upon
sight hereof to take past and carry away the said Ann
