Sheweth
That by virtue of a Warrant under the hands & Seales of two of their
Maties. Justices of the peace
wth. in the City one Anne Cheyney was sent
to yor. Petr. to be provided for upon her Oath That shee was brought
upp & mainteyned in & by the said Parish from her infanny and was
there last legally settled & never any where else where in tenth in the
yeare. 1693 the said

hath ever since the expiracon of the Indentured dwelt in the said
Parish of St. Gyles Cripplegate
being her legall settlement.

to hear yor. Petr. in the Prmissed And to Quash the said
Order made by the said two Justices And to send the said
