That by virtue of a Warrant or Order under the hands & Seales of twoe of
their Maties. Justices of the Peace of this City one

to be provided for by yor. Peticoners

in the said Towne of Cleworth
whereas in tenth
the said Wm. Deighton suit he was att Clenworth was a hired servant to

dwelling in the said Pish of St. Andrews Undershaft
wth. Whome he continued for a years wth. ended in October 1688 And was in tenth
the place of his last legall settlement.
Their humble into to yor. good honor. & Worps. is that
you will be pleased to order the Churchwardens of the
Pish of St. Andrews Undershaft
to Appeare before you &
hear them in the Prmisses and to Quash the said Order
and send the said Eliz: Deighton & her Child to the Pish of
St.
Andrewes under that to be pvided according to Law.
