And as to the other Parte of the petison
whereby the said Abraham Jaggard< no role > and
Thomas Persehouse< no role > doe crane an abatemt
of parke of Arrears of £10 P And due to this
City for which there is now and distrusse alleadging
yt the house out of Which the said £10, P Ann
issues was after the late dread full fire above three
years in its Ruishes and withing was made
these of We humbly certifie this honorble Courte
that we have Seene letters from St Dennis
Gawden (Whose the said house then was but
Since sold to the said Abraham Jaggard and
by his to the said Persehouse) to crane
such abatement but whether any was
made or not or whether this Courte will
make any Such allowance after soe long
a muse we humbly submitt to the grave
Wisdome of this honorble Courte this 21st
day of November 1693
