Saith
That on Saturday the 4th. of Novembr instant between Eleaven & Twelve of
of the Clock at night three Gent came to this Informt. Mrs. house And
one of ym. knoatt at door; but she refused to let ym. in whereupon one of yr.
asked for Mr. Bill whereupon this Informt: told ym. he was not there
they still desird to come in but this Informt: refusing ye same one of the
three psons threatned to Killor stab her & one of ye. three psons being in
a blew Coat with his Cane Arnak the windowes of ye Decd. Mr. Hutton wth.
this Informt: believes he did by mistake taking it for her Mas. whereupon
after some blows struat Mr. Hutton came out of his house too (hold
of ye Pson in blew & sd. Sr. I hope you will make me amends for the
damage you have done upon wth: ye sd. pson replyed & sword God
damn him he would & struat him over the head & at ye. second or th [..]
blow ye Decd. was knoak'd down after this Mrs. Hutton came to her
husbands Assistance & thereupon she this Informt. saw a Pson in
Cinamon Coloured Clothes wth. a sword drawn strike [..] Mr. Hutton over
ye. Esqr did also strike Mr. Hutton wth. his sword upon this a Gent.
in light Grey Coloured Clothes whose name since she heard [..] John Brem [..]
drew his sword & stab'd the sd. Mr. Hutton in the side after wch. many people
coming this Informt. observed no further
