The Accomptant Reported That he had received the several Bills of
Messrs. Raine and Horobin on Subsisting Contracts for keeping the Carriage &
Footways in Repair from Lady Day 1771 to Lady Day 1772 made out Parochially.
Ordered That the same be transmitted to the respective Commees and
that they be requested to cause the several Sums due to the said Raine and Horobin
or either of them to be paid into the Hands of the Treasurer to the Commissioners as
soon as possible, and that they do return the Bills at the same time.

The Clerk having laid before this Committee the Commrs. Order of the
14th. Instant and the Bill therein mentioned of Messrs. Raine and Horobin for repairing
the foot and Carriageway of so much of the Strand
Duke Street and Houghton Streets
as lies in this Parish It is Ordered that Mr. Banister do Measure the same ways and
Report the same to this Committee at their next Meeting.

are much out of Repair and he being Examined thereto upon his Oath It is Ordered
