At a Meeting of the Committee for Paving Elected and
Appointed pursuant to an Act of Parliament in the Vestry
Room of Saint Clement Danes the 6th. day of Nov. 1772

Proposed and agreed that Mr. Vaughan take the Chair.

The Clerk having laid before this Committee on order from the Commrs. for
Paving Westminster Etc. dated the 13th. October last signifying that their accomptant
had delivered in an Account of the Expences of the Commission for the year ending
Lady Day 1772. by which it appears that the proportion thereof to be borne by this
Parish is £53..18s..0d and requesting a Certificate or Allowance for Payment of the
same to be transmitted to the accountant Ordered that the said Commrs: be
requested to inform this Committee by what Mode the same proportion was
settled.

This Committee having Met pursuant to their resolution of the 16th.
Octr. last for the purpose of borrowing £5000 in addition to the Money already
resolved to be borrowed upon the Additional Rate and Mr. David Dewsbery< no role >
proposing to lend £200. upon having an Assignment this Committee Executed on
Assignment to the said David Dewsberry< no role > accordingly.

Ordered that Mr. Campbell compleat the return from Sheffield
into Portsmouth Street so as to carry off the Water Etc which is Reported by a
several of this Committee to be in a very bad State.

Ordered that this Committee will Meet on the 13th. Instant at
Six o' Clock for the purpose of setling the Collectors Accounts for One year to Lady
Day 1772.

Adjourned to the 13th. Instant at 6. o' Clock
