< no role > having proposed to do the Moore Stone Kirb at 2s.1d per foot
and new Purbeck or Yorkshire Paving at 5s.7d per Yard and for Old
Paving Relaid [..] 11d and this Committee having taken into Consideration
the said Proposals It is Ordered that this Committee Enter into
Contract with the said Robert Campbell< no role > for doing the footways of
the said several Streets and places and so much of Great Shire
Lane as lies in in this Parish at the prices setforth in his said propose

The said Robert Campbell< no role > having in pursuance of the same
Advertisement proposed to Relay Old Pebble Paving at 1s per Yard
and to do new Pebble Paving from 9 to 12 Inches Deep at 5s.2d per Yard
and from 7 to 9 Inches Deep at 5s per Yard and William Meredith< no role >
having proposed to relay Old Paving at 1s per Yard and to do
New Pebble Pavment from 9 to 12 Inches Deep 5s.6d per Yard
and from 7 to 9 Inches Deep at 5s per Yard and Martin Lawler< no role >
having proposed to relay Old Pebbles and Materials at 6d per Yard
and to Pave with Sized Pebbles at 3s.8d per Yard and this
Committee having taken into Consideration the said several Props [..]
It is Ordered that this Committee Enter into Contract with the
said Robert Campbell< no role > for doing the Work in the said Streets [..]
places at the prices setforth in his proposal

Ordered that Messrs. Raine and Horobin be acquainted
that this Committee expect they forthwith compleat the Work
under Contract with this Committee and that when the same
shall be properly done and Measured this Committee will
Certify their Bills for Payment

Adjourned to Thursday next
at six o' Clock
