The Minutes of the last Meeting read and confirmed

The Clerk having laid before this Committee a Bill of Alexander
Anderson amounting to £40 for Cleaning this Parish (except the
Streets Etc Paved under the Optional Clause) from Midsumer to
Michaelmas last It is Ordered that the same be transmitted to
the Commissioners for Payment and for that purpose three of
this Committee signed the same

The Churchwarden attending and informing this Committee the
at a Vestry held in this Parish the 5th- Instant William Kitchiner< no role >
of Beaufort Buildings Esqr . was Elected and appointed a Commissioner
of the Pavement for this Parish in the room of Henry Goodwyn< no role >
who has ceased to be a Householder in this Parish It is
therefore Ordered that Return be made to the Commissioners
of Pavement of the Election of the said Mr. Kitchiner

Ordered that the Consideration of the Commissioners
Order of the 3d. Instant relative to the delivery of the Receits
the Collector for moneys received be postponed til the next Meet

Mr. Stichall and several other Persons having complain
to this Committee that the Pavement in Clare Court and the
foot Pavement of Carey Street Etc is not done in a Workman
like manner It is Ordered that Messrs- Raine and
Horobin have notice thereof and that this Committee expect
a due Complyance with their Contract

Ordered that Return be made to the Commissioners
that this Committee's reason for not paying the money into
Treasurers hands for the discharge of the Bills due on the
Subsisting Contract for Lighting Lamps was that the
Contractors had not setled with this Committee the Nur [..]
of Lamps And it is further Ordered that return be made
that the Number of Lamps Lighted in the Strand
are 109 and not 110 as setforth in the Contractors
and that all other parts of their Bill is true
