The Minutes of the last Meeting Read and Confirmed

Five of the Committee Executed the Contracts agreed to be Entred into on
the 7th. of February last between the Committee and Richard Buddle< no role > for Paving the
Footways of the several Streets and Places in the Commissioners order of the 7th. of
January last and in the said Contracts particularly mentioned.

And also the Contracts agreed to be Entred into on the same Day
between the Committee and William Meredith< no role > and Thomas Lovett< no role > for Paving
the Carriage Way of the several Streets and Places in the Commrs. said Order and
the said Contracts particularly mentioned.

Ordered that Mr. George the Collector do pay into the Bank
to the Account of the Commissioners for Paving the Sum of One hundred thirty
nine Pounds seventeen shillings and Eleven pence to be by them applied in Payment of such Bills
for Repairing Cleansing and Lighting as have been or shall be certified by
this Committee and for that Purpose It is Ordered that Mr. Kennett Mr. Jones
and Mr. Ireland do draw on Messrs: Snow Denn & Co. to that amount.

The Clerk having laid before this Committee the Proof of a hand
Bill relative to this Committees meeting It is Ordered that 2000 be Printed
and dispersed round the Parish.

A Bill of Richard Buddle< no role > amounting to £23:19s:0d for Repairing
the Footways of several Streets in this Parish and other business done by him
as Mason to this Committee being laid before this Committee which being
Examined It is Ordered that the said Bill be transmitted to the Commissioners
for Payment out of Moneys for Repairing Cleaning and Lighting and
for that Purpose this Committee signed the same
