effectual several Acts of Parliament relating to
Paving Cleansing and Lighting the Squares Streets
Lanes and other Places within the City and Liberty
of Westminster and parts adjacent" in the Vestry
Rooms of Saint Clement Danes the 16th day

The Minutes of the last Meeting Read and Confirmed

A Question being put whether it was necessary for this
Committee at present to raise money by Mortgage of any
of the Rates It was unanimously agreed to pospone
the same to a future day
