September 10th- 1771

The Commissioners being acquainted that those are gr [..]
Quantities of Waste Stones as well Purbick Squares as other
which have been taken up in Carey Street and other place
the carrying away of which will be a considerable expence
The Commissioners are of Opinion such Stones should be
made use of in Shire Lane and Bell Yard and refer the
same to the Consideration of the Committee for the Parish of
Saint Clement Danes .

Ordered that notice be sent to the Committee Clerk
of each Parish That the Committee will be pleased to take
Care that the Lamp Irons be immediately fixed, and the
Lamps Lighted without fail on or before Michaelmas day
next, according to the Contract and that the Public may
have no reason to complain thereof
