And that another Lease be made to Katherine Perry< no role > of Tenement
in her owne Occupacon in the said Parish of St. Thomas Valued as Five
pounds P Ann the ground rent of Eleaven shillings P ann included for the
terme of Twenty one years from Lady day 1695 when the present Lease
Expires in consideracon of a Fine of Twenty pounds, Tenn pounds whereof
att midsomer 1692 and Tenn pounds at Michas next after, And under the
rent of Twenty shillings P Ann: being Nine Shills P Ann more than the old
rent.

Whereas a graunt was made by this Court on the 20th: day of February 167 [..]
to Peter Lawrence< no role > of a Tenement in the said Parish of St. Thomas Southwark [..]
for the terme of Twenty one years from our Lady day 1680 inconsideracon
of a Fine of Twenty five pounds and at the Old rent of Forty four Shills
And the said Lawrence Assigned the said Graunt to Richard Southen< no role > but
the house being out of repaire the said Southen laid out about thirty
pounds in repairing of it, And yet the house is lett but at about Six pounds
P Ann Wee humbly think fitt that the said Richard Southen< no role > paying the
said Fine of £25: a Lease bee made to him of the said Tenement for Twenty
One years from Lady day last att the said rent of Forty four Shillings P Ann

And Wee also have agreed with Robert Fuller< no role > our Tenant of two
Tenements in Crossett Fryers London Valued att thirty foure pounds P
Ann the ground rent of Eleaven pounds P Ann included, That a Lease bee
made him of those houses for the terme of twenty one years from Lady day
1695: when the present Lease Expires inconsideracon of a Fine of one
hundred and seaventy pounds halfe at Midsomer last and the often halfe
att Lady day next att the said rent of Eleaven pounds P Ann.

The Peticon of Dorcas Collins< no role > was referred to the consideracon of the
Committee.

The Court doth appoint those Governours of this house which Audited
the accompts for the Yeare ending at Michas 1690: to Audite the Year
accots: of this house ending att Michas last 1691:

Upon Reading the Peticon of Mr: Christopher Todd< no role > Apothecary
praying Satisfaccon: for the Druggs and medicines the Served the patients
of this house with for thirteen weekes and an halfe between the death of
Mr: Seely, and the Election of Mr. Davis the present Apothecary This Court
doth nominate and apoint Alderman Wildman, Mr: Soper Major Aungier
Doctor Chamberlen Doctor Hobbs and Mr: Thomas Gardner< no role > Chirurgeon or any
three of them to inspect the said Mr. Todd bill for Druggs and medicines
for the said time And make report of their Opinions to the Grand
Committee, who are hereby impowered and Authorized to give
him such satisfaction for the same as they shall think fitt any
former Order of restaint to the contrary notwithstanding And Doctor
Torlesst is to be consulted in this affaire as the Committee shall find range
