to the House of £1:13s:4d upon every alienacon of the prmisses In which Indenture of
Lease so to be made of the prmisses as aforesaid was agreed to be conteined fitting
Covenants & Condicons for Secureing the paymt. of the last menconed sume of One
hundred pounds As also all other Covents. & Condicons (Mutatis Mutandis) as are
conteined in the said former Indenture of Lease,

This Court Order'd that a lease be forthwith made to the said Edwd. Smith< no role > his
Execr or Admistrators of the said baugained prmisses according to the said agreement
and that in convenient time the Turstees appointed by his Maties. Letters Patents
for the letting and disposeing of the Lands & Tenemts. belonging to this Hospital
be applyed to for the Sealing & Executeing the same.

Also Ordered that the Several Lease of any messuages Lands Tenemts. or
hereditamts. belonging to the Hospital heretofore contracted or agreed for by any
Pson or Psons whatsoever either with the former or the prsent Governors thereof
be forthwith made according to the respective agreemt. concerning the same respectively
and that due applicacon in convenient time be made for the haveing the same Leases
Sealed and Executed accordingly.

Dyet Drink


Resolved that it is the opinion of this Court that the Antient Guatum Dyet drink
used in this House is fit to be Administred to patients for the Disease comonly called
the Fowle disease or French Pox And it is accordingly Order'd that no other dyes
drinke be given to any of the patients save only in such cases as the phisicians
of this Hospital shall thinke fitt to prescribe otherwise.

Also Ordered that Sarah Prescot shall be an Assistant to the Cooke of this
House instead of Ann Bartholomew< no role > who appeared to have been lately Marryed
& was therefore discharged from all further attendance upon that Service.

Mr. Robt. White< no role > hall's
debts discharged


Also upon consideracon had of the report of the said Comittee Importing that Mr Robt.
White
< no role > hall since he came into his place of Steward of this Hospital hath contrasted
Severall debts for bread been and Candles for the use of his family in contemplacon
of haveing the same debts discharged by this House (He thinking it Seemes that
such allowantes had ben formerly made to his predecessors in that Office
Although upon the Strictest Inquiry made of Mr James Oakes< no role > the late Steward
and Mr George June the late Clerke of this Hospital & otherwise & a full hearing
of the said Mr Whitehall to that matter it did not appeare to the Comittee
that the said Mr Whitehall had any tune ground for his opinion & expectacon
Yet this Court in Compassion to the said Mr Whitehall & upon further consideracon
had that the said debts amounting in the whole to £21:6s:8d. lys heavy upon him
doth concurr in opinion with the Comittee and accordingly Order that the said
Debts be discharged by this House as a particular County to the said Mr Whitshall
not to be repeated or drawne into Example or president for any such or the
like favour or allowance for the future.

Also upon the humle peticon of Mr James Oakes< no role > the former Steward of
this House for the favour thereof in respect of his former Services and the
more then Ordinary inconveniencies by him Suffeined by his being discharged.
from his Office and abode in the House in the depth of a have Winter It is
Order'd that Tenn pounds be paid him out of the Treasure of this House.

Then the peticon of Mrs Susannah Bayly< no role > the present Matron of this House
was read and her request for the Augmeatacon of he is Salary rejected However
the Court takeing into consideracon her good Service to the House for above two
years past and the more to engage her future regard to the duty of her plast
Order'd Tenn pounds to be paid her out of the Treasure of the Hospital.
