wherein Thirteen years was to come at Lady day last
at the Yearly Rent of Six pounds thirteen shillings and four pence, It happened that
Two of these houses were Totally Destroyed by a Fire which happened in an adjoyning
Tenement, and hee humbly praying an Addicon of years to incourage new building
Wee thought Fitt that hee Surrendering the said Lease Shall have a distinct Lease
of the Three Standing Tenements at the yearly Rent of Four Pounds, being three
Fifths of the intire Rent for the remainder of the said Terme; And in consideracon
of New building with Brick and other materials as is provided for Second Rate
buildings in London by the Act for Rebuilding London and of a Fine of Fifteen
Pounds he shall have a New Lease of those two Tofts for Fifty one years from
Christmas next at the Rent of Fifty three shillings and Four pence, being the other
Two Fifths of the said intire rent.
