Governors of the said Hospitall

And after the reading and confirmacon of
the orders and busines of the late Court it
was ordered as followes Vizt.

A report of the Comittee of this Court being read and after Come
amendments was agreed unto approved and confirmed by this
Court, and as so amended agreed unto and approved followeth in
these [..] .

To The Right Woppl. the Generall Court of St. Thomas
Hospitall Southwarke .

Wee the Comittee of Governours appointed by the said Court do
humbly certify our proceedings to the paid Court as followeth.

Tibshelfe.


Wee having first caused an exact Survey to bee taken of the hands
off Tibshelfe in the County of Derby with the value of the same have agreed
with the Tenants of the said lands to Graunt to them new Leases of the
same (with further excepcons (then in their present Leases) of liberty to
Enclose the Comon or any parte thereof (if this Court shall think
fitt) and for digging Cealed and all other Mineralls out of every
Farme allowing the Tenants for damage thereby in proporcon to
their respective Fines and Rents for the time then to come in their
intended Leases untill the ground bee made good againe) for the terme
of one and Twenty yeares from Michaelmas one Thousand Six
hundred Ninety and three (when the present Leased expire)
