is necessary to be done at Stewards For me in Parndon lately held

and, an order to his meeting you there that you will send
Mr. Smith or me timely Notice of the day you intend to be there
that Mr. Thurrowgood may be acquainted therewith

has ordered me to acquaint that he laid
Mr. Foster's Request to his Landlord Mr. Bold before the Gd. Commee
of Wednesday last, when the Gentlemen took Notice of his endeavouring
to impose on them by his Proposal of plowing 10 Acres more in the Lays
in lien of the 10 Acres in Conay Garth, which he had given up before.
however the Govrs. have order'd in consideration of his Loss by the
Death of his Cattle, that his Request as mentioned in his Letter
of 2nd. of Feby last be granted
