Mr Hayes
Mr. Treasurers having recommended to the Consideration
of the Ground Commee the great Loss you had Sustained by the Mortality
of Yor. Cows The Gentlemen have been Pleased, very generously, to Order
that you should have £50 allowed you out of Yor. Rent; which
Mr. Treasr: would have you acquainted with by the first Opportunity,
& I hope this Encouragemt. will enable You to carry on Your
Business with Satisfaction.

Mr. Barringer
I laid Yors. of the 20th. Octor. last before Mr. Treasr:
and in Answers an ordered to left you know that the Gentlemen do not
apprehend what Yor. Design is by amusing them so long with now & then
a Prisoner of a Years Rent when there is more than 4 Years due, besides
it is now more than 3 Years since You was directed to distrein the Goods of
the Tents at Eltisley & to let the Farmes to others; upon which You desired a
new Letter of Attorney which was granted & then You sent word that
the Rent was safe: but in what manner you had secured it, has
never appeared yet for you have not remitted 2 Years Rent in the last
5 Years. The Governors expect a more Satisfactory Acct. of this Affairs

Mr. Sankey
Yors. of 29th Octor. last giving Notice of Yr. Intention to fell
2 or 3 Arms of Kingmill down Wood has been laid before Mr. Trer. whose
Orders is that Mr. Braybrook of Why should mark such Horses & Weavers Etc
as are Proper to be left standing & according to the Custome of the County
And at the same time order what Timber is neccessary for yor. Repairs: of
which he is desired to give Mr. Treasr. an Acct. by directing to Anthony
Welburge
