have due notice) I desire you would Informe me as far as you can of what
Deaths or Alienations have happen'd in Bird lines Manor since the
last Court in Augt 1741 that I may ye better prepare for the ensuing one
ye above Letter

I am greatly surprised that you have so little
regard to your Promises & your Intrest as to let yor: Rent run
so much behind, it being above a year & ¾ in arrear. The Governrs
intend (as you know) to hold a Court with you soon, and & would
advise you, as Friend to pay off the greatest part of the Arrear
before that time, if you would avoid the Consequence of neglacting
at. I shall expect to hear from you immediately, & am Etca
at Parndon
