You should have sooner heard from me about Mr. Fletcher
and Mr. Barbers proposal concerning the Cole delphs but
that Mr. Treasurer having been ill we have had no Grand
Committee for above two Months till Yesterday when I
moved. them to consider of that proposal and have directions
to Signify to those Gent: that there will be another Grand
Committee on Wednesday the 29th. of July instant when
they will be glad to treat with them or with any person
on their behalf, in the mean time they would willingly
receive from you (if you can furnish) any information
concerning this Matter that may be of use in the
treaty
Mr: Fletcher & Barber proposes to take a Lease
for 63 42 or 21 Years at £40 P Ann from Lady day or
to fine of Some of the rent
Pray let Mr. Fletcher who lives at Smalley or
Mr. Barber who lives at Grisley have Notice of this
time enough for them to come up or to order some
body to attend here for them at the time above
mentioned the Sooner I could hear from you
the better
