St Thomas's Hospl : 21 Novr: 1732)

Sr
The Gentlemen who are Excecutors of Sr Wm Willys< no role > 's Will
have been for some time treating with the Governors of this
Hospl. for renewing the Lease of Cherry Hinton Estate , but
the Governors cannot properly conclude with them without
a further information than that yet they have of the Value
and circumstances of that Estate and especially as to
what concerns the Sheep Walk which they are told belongs
part to their Manner and part to the Mannor of Upper
Hall Hinton , They Think no body can give them
a more perfect account than your self who has held
so long under Sr William and therefore desire you
oblige them with the best information you can give
them and particularly that you would let them know
how much belongs to the one and the other Mannor
what is the true yearly Value of the Whole Sheep Walk
