At the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of
our Sovereign Lord the King holden at Hicks
hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid on
Mondaythe fourteenth Day of January
in the year of our Lord 1733 and in the Seventh
year of the Reign of King George the Second

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields in this County have Notice of this Petition and
Appeal And that they and all persons Concerned do
attend this Court on Fridaynext at ten
of the Clock in the forenoonto hear and Abide
