Middlesex in General Quarter Sessions at Hicks Hall Assembled

The humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwdns.
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Ann
Westm in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the Hands & Seals
of Jas. Fraser< no role > and Wm. Jones< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx (whereof
one is of the Quorum) bearing Date the Thirteenth Day of
November last Ann Waters< no role > aged about Thirty years Wife
of William Waters< no role > was removed from the parish of St.
Martin in the Fields in the said County of Middlx to
the said Parish of St. Ann Westm whereby your Petitioner
conceive themselves to be Aggrieved

Therefore they humbly Appeal to your
Worships against the Adjudgement of the
said two Justices and pray your Worships
will be pleased to Order that the Churchwdns
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of St. Martin in the Fields and all persons
Concerned do Attend this Court some day in
this present Sessions to hear and abide the
Judgement and Determinacon of this
Court touching the said Appeal
