same premisses, And It appearethappearingto this Court
upon examination into the truth of the [..]
matters aforesaid that the said Richard
did hold the said premisses in the years aforesaid at
Bouts £10. a yeare rent but that he did not pay the poors Rate in the yeares
aforesaid for the said premissesby the said
Richard Boutsbut that the same was paid by
the Landlord of the same premisses ,where upon
and upon debate of the matter and hearing of
what was alledged on or ther sideAnd therefore
the Councell for the Ch: & Ov: of the poor of the sd
parish of TottenhamHornseyHigh Cross Tottenham insisted that the sd Richd
Bouts< no role > ought not to be deemed to pay soe great
a rent as £10. a yeare for the premisses by him
rented as aforesaid, And upon debate of the
matter & hearing of what was further alledged
by the Councell or either side This Court is
of opinion that the said Richard Bouts
not withdid by his renting & holding the sd
premisses at the yearly rent of £10. as aforesaid
