At the General Quarter Sessions of the peace of our Sovereign
Lord the Ring holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in
St. John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the
fourteenthfifteenthday of January in the Seventh year of the reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great
Britain France & Ireland Defender of the Faith.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St. Luke in this County have notice of this
peticon & appeale and that they and all other parties concerned
do attend this Court on Friday next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon to hear & abide the Judgmt. & determination of this
Court touching the Said Appeale
