Whereas Complaint hath been made by you the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish ofSaint Martin
in the Fields
unto us whose Hands
and Seals are hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
(whereof one is of the Quorum) for theLiberty and Cityaforesaid,

Martins in the Fields
there to inhabit asParishioner contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, andisthere like to become charge-
able, if not timely prevented: And Whereas, upon due Examination
and Enquiry made into the Premises,as alsoon Oath and
other Circumstances
it appear unto us, and we accordingly adjudge, That the said

like to become chargeable unto the said Parish ofSaint Martin
in the Fieldsand that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the said
Ann Waters< no role >
is in the said Parish of
Saint Ann Westminster
in the said County of Middlesex
These are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to order and require you
the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Martins in the Fields
aforesaid that you,
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the saidAnn

from your said Parish ofSaint Martin
the Fields
to the said Parish ofSaint Ann
Westminster
andherdeliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor, there, or some or
one of them, together with this our Warrant, or Order, or a true
Copy hereof: whereby they are likewise required in his Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statues in such Case made, forthwith to
receive the saidAnn Water< no role >
into their saidParish and Careand provide forher
as their own Parishioner. Then under our Hands and Seals, the
ThirteenthDay ofNovemberin the Year of our
Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred andthirty three
