of the peace for the County of Middx in their
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the
said County Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
parish of St Botolph without Bishopsgate
London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the
hands & seals of two of his Maties Justices of the peace
for the County of Middx (whereof one of the Quorum)
bearing date the thirty first day of October last Mary painter< no role >
wife of Giles painter< no role > the Younger was removed from the
parish of St Luke in the County of Middx to the parish of
St. Boloph without Bishopsgate London as the place of her
last legal Settlemt.

Your petitioners conceiving themselves
Aggreived by the said Order of Removall
Humbly Appeal to this Court for relief

And Your petitioners shall ever pray
