Northampton

is of the Quorum) bearing date the ninth day
of January instant
Roger Parker< no role >
aged nine years
and
Elizabeth parker< no role >
aged seven yeares and
Ann
Parker< no role >
aged about two Yeares children of
John
Parker< no role >
were removed & conveyed from the
parish of St James in the Libty of Westminster
in the County of Middx to the said Parish of Doddington
in the County of Northton (called in the Sd. Order the
Parish of Darrington)
alleging therein that the
sd parish of Doddington
as the place of the last
Legal Settlement of the said
John Parker< no role >
& his
said three children

Appellants.
Yor. Petrs thinking themselves aggreived
by the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices humbly
Appeal against the same to this Court
And Forasmuch as your Petrs. cannot be ready
to prosecute their sd. Appeal this present
Sessions humbly pray that your Worps won'd
be pleased to adjorn the hearing and
determinine thereof untill the next General
Session of the Peace to be held for this
County & that a Day may be appointed
therein for all parties concerned to attend
to hear & abide the Judgmt. & determinacon
of this Court touching the Sd Appeal
And your Petrs. shall pray Etc.
