The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the several
Parishes of Saint Andrew Holborn above the Barrs
and Saint George the Martyr in the said County
of Middlesex

Sheweth

That Elizabeth Jenkins< no role > Singlewoman was by Order of
pass Warrant dated the thirteenth Day of December last past
under the Hands and Seals of Robert Dennet< no role > and Clifford William
Philip< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex (One whereof being of the Quorum) removed and
conveyed from the Parish of Trinity Minories (in the Liberty
of the Tower of London) Middle to the said Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the Barrs as the place of her last legall Settlement

Your Petrs. humbly conceive themselves aggreived
thereby and appeal from the Judgment of the said
two justices to the judgement of this Honoble Court
and desire a day of hearing may be appointed this
Sessions And that all persons Concerned may be
Ordered to attend to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of this Court touching the
said Appeal
