Seventeeth day of January Last she this Depont. person ally
served John Fowler< no role > (in the annexed petition also named) with the
[..] said petition & the made order thereon, by delivering to him true Copys
thereof & at the same time shewed him the sd. Petition & order
And this Depont. further saith That on Saturday Last she also
delivered notice in writing to the sd. John Fowler< no role > signed by the sd.
James Jones< no role > purporting That this Court would be moved this day
at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon for their Judgment and
Determination touching the matters contained in the sd.
Petition.
