employed in amending of the high ways within the sd
and how they [..] have disposed [..] of the Same, And in
case any moneys shall remain in their or either of their
hands to Order him or them topay the samedeliver the
Same to such Pson or Psons as the law in such case direct
Or in case It shall legally appeare to the sd Justices of
the peace at Such spiall Sessions that there is any sume or sumes
of Money remaining due to the Petrs. or either of them
(over & above the moneys by them reced for the purposes aforesd) upon the ball of their Sd accts; Then the sd Justices of the
peace or any two of them at such spiall Session
hereby desired to cause an equall rate to be made
upon all the Inhitants of the sd parish for the reimburseing the Petrs. or either of them [..]
such [..] Sumeof ouror Sumes of money as shall
be found 2 remaining due to him or them respcively
upon the ball of their sd accts.upon all the Inhitants of
the sd parish as in the law in Such case directs,and to
confirm & allow of such rate, and to Order the Colleccon
of the moneys to be thereby assessed as the law in such
case directs,
