the Appeal in the presence of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of both places and what was
alledged by Councell on both Sides and examinacon
of Sevall Wittnesses upon Oath Itt appeared to this
inter this Court that the Said Nathaniel Briscoe & his Said wife & four Children had noe legall Settlement in the Said parish of St
Pancrass, This Court doth therefore allow of the Said appeale and vacate and discharge the Said
