Upon reading the humble peticon of Robt. Wilkins< no role > & Tho.
Hall< no role > exhitedthe Prsent Surveyors. of the highways within the
Parish of St. Mary le Bone in this County exhited unto
this Cort settingforth thatthe Petrsthey have already
disbursed in the execucon of their sd. Office more then they
have reced the sume of £42.4s.8d and that theyPatrs.
are in want of the sd Moneys, It was therefore prayed
by the Petrs. that this Cort would be pleased to Order that
a rate may be made upon the Inhitants of the Said
Parish to reimburse the Petrs. the Sd Sume of £42.4s.8d;
whereupon Itwasis thought fit & Ordered by this Cort
that it be And It is hereby referred unto her Maties. Justices
of the peace for this County inhiteing in or neare the
sd parish at their spiall Sessions to be hold at the Cort house
in Bloomsbury in & for Holborne Division in this County
to take & adjust the att of the Petrs in the Prsence of the [..] Ch wdens. & other antient of the Inhitants of the sd parish touching all moneys that hath
come totheir or either ofthe [..] hands of the petrs or either of them wth. ought to be
