To all Constables, Headboroughs, and other Her Majesty's
Officers and Ministers within the County of Middlesex;
and to every of them whom it may Concern.

THese are to will & Require, and in Her Majesty's Name to
Charge & Command you upon Sight hereof to bring before
as & others Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace, of the County
aforesaid, at the Sessions of Peace now holden at Hicks's-Hall
in St John's Street , in & for the Said County, the Bodys of
John Green< no role > & Elizabeth< no role > his wife Standing
Indicted for a trespass. and keeping a disorderly
House

(if the Court be then & there Sitting) or if not, before us or Some
others of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the Same County to
find Sufficient Sureties for their personal Appearance at this Presnt
Sessions to answer the Same, & all Such other Matters as on Her Ma-
jesty's behalf Shall be objected against them And if they cannot
be taken during this present Sessions That then so Soon after as they
Shall be taken, you bring or cause them to be brought before as
or Some others of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the Said
County, to find Sufficient Sureties for their-personal Appearance at
the next Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the County to answer
as aforesaid, & farther to be dealt withal according to Justice.
Hereof you are not to fail at your Perils Dated in upon Sessions at
Hicks's-Hall aforesaid this 10thDay of October
in the Pear of our Lord 1711
