or to some or one of them for & towards the maintenance
bringing up & keeping of the Sd Male bastard child the
sume of two Shillings & Six pence P week of like lawfull
money of Great Britain, and the paymt. thereof to
continue soe long as the Sd Male bastard child should
be a charge to the Sd parish, Except the Sd John
Robere< no role > als Lovere< no role > should otherwise discharge the sd
parish of such charge & further as should any Manner
orwise accrew thereunto by reason or meanes of the
sd Male bastard child, And die Order the Sd John Robere< no role >
als Lovere< no role > to give Sufficient Security to the Said
Church wardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of
St. Paul Shadwell abovesaid for the due performance
of the Sd. Order, And upon hearing of what was insisted
on by Councell for the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the Sd parish & alsoe by Councell for
the Sd John Robere< no role > als Lovere< no role > , and on Examinacon of
Severall persons upon their oaths touching the prmisses,
This Court is of opinion that the Sd John Robere< no role > als
Lovere< no role > is the putative Father of the sd Male bastard
child, and doth therefore disallow of the sd appeale,
and doth ratify & confirm the aforesaid Order of
the sd three Justices of the peace and require the
sd John Robere< no role > als Lovere< no role > to yeild due obedience
thereunto.
