Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of her
Majties. Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx; (Quorum
unns) by the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poore of the
Parish of St. Andrew Holborne, in the liberty above the Barrs in
the sayd County of Middx, That

left in the said Parish and liberty endeavouring for them to Settle
themselves there Contrary of Law: And it appearing to us' the said
Justices that the said Richard haveing left his sayd Wife and
Child as aforesayd they are become chargeable to the said Liberty
And Whereas upon Examinacon of her the sayd

within the said parish of St. Andrew Holborne
But in the Freedom and liberty of the City of London, wth. whome
he continued all his Apprentiship and some time afterwards
But never since that time hath Legally been settled Elsewhere
Wee the said Justices Soe therefore Adjudge the said parish of
St. Andrew Holborne in the Freedome and Liberty of the City of London
aforesaid to be the Place of the last Legall Settlement of the said

; And doe therefore in her Maties name charge and Command the
Churchwarden Overseers of the poor of the parish aforesaid in the
Liberty above the Barrs in the sayd County of Middx
forthwith to
remove and Covey the sayd

the Liberty above the Barrs in the County aforesayd, and deliver
them to the Churchwarden and Overseers of the poore of the Liberty and
Freedom of the City of London or to some or one of them, who are hereby
required to receive them in to their Care and provide for them according
to Law. Given under one hands & Seales this: 7th. day of July
